ELITE Company for Supplies ("ELiTE", "we") operates elite-itc.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it. It applies to website visitors and to the business contacts who correspond with us.

• Enquiry and RFQ data — name, company, email, phone, and the content of your message or specification, when you submit our contact form or email us.
• Correspondence — emails and records of quotations, orders, and service communications.
• Technical data — basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected by our hosting platform to keep the site working and measure usage.

02How we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, and fulfil orders — the purpose you contacted us for.
• To maintain business records required for accounting, warranty, and contractual obligations.
• To improve the website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without consent.

03Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry data to take steps toward a contract at your request, and business records to meet legal obligations under Jordanian law. Enquiry data that does not lead to business is deleted or anonymized within 24 months; transaction records are kept for the statutory retention period.

04Sharing

Data is shared only where fulfilment requires it: with the manufacturer (principal) whose product you are enquiring about, with logistics providers for delivery, and with our hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We require all of them to protect it.

06Your rights
